We help when a home has become difficult to manage—whether you need a focused start, essential rooms working again, or a detailed and polished result.

• Closets, kitchens, pantries, bedrooms, offices, storage, and whole-home projects

• Practical placement using what you own, with products added only when they earn their keep
• Functional, polished, or highly styled organization based on the outcome you want
• Assembly as part of the project — e.g. new storage for the system we’re building

Move support — packing & unpacking

We help before and after the move, then establish the parts of the new home that make daily life possible.

• Room-by-room packing and clear labels
• Careful handling of dishes, clothes, and sentimental items
• Prioritize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, and laundry so the home functions quickly
• Unpack and place belongings instead of leaving you with opened boxes and new piles
• Furniture assembly when it fits — e.g. the new bed on move-in
• Project cleaning when it fits — tidy after pack-out or reset before unpack

Make a home ready for decisions and next steps

When the responsible family member is far away—or has only limited time in the home—we can do the hands-on preparation before they arrive.

• Group, uncover, label, photograph, or list belongings so the family can understand what is present
• Prepare rooms for efficient decisions without deciding what the family should keep, divide, donate, or discard
• Carry out authorized donations and provide donation receipts when requested
• Declutter, arrange rooms, and project-clean to prepare for a realtor, showing, or another next step
• Work independently with agreed authority and communication preferences

Current removal capacity is limited to what reasonably fits in our vehicle. Larger hauling, estate sales, shipping, and extensive repairs require separate arrangements.

What to expect

• Video call — meet us, show us the project, and talk through goals and constraints
• Priorities — decide what matters first, the level of finish, and which decisions we can make independently
• Work day(s) — Austin and Lourdes show up and get hands-on
• Handoff or continuation — review the result and decide whether the project is complete or another day would be valuable

Most projects are quoted after the call. Work is $140 / hour (two-person team). Single-person sessions may be available at a lower rate when that fits the job.

What we don’t sell as a stand-alone product

We’re not a “call us only to assemble one dresser” shop or a weekly maid service. We will assemble and clean when they’re part of making your organizing or move project succeed.
