Why video for the first call?
You’re inviting us into your home. Video lets you meet Austin and Lourdes first — and helps us understand the project before we estimate time.
How does pricing work?
We’re a two-person team at $140 / hour. Typical jobs have a 4-hour minimum. If a job only needs one person, a lower rate may apply. Total depends on scope — we’ll estimate after the call.
Who shows up?
Austin and Lourdes Bell — the same people on the call. Not a rotating crew of strangers.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. We can work independently once priorities, access, communication, and decision authority are clear. We’ll contact you for consequential decisions and can batch ordinary questions so the work keeps moving.
What does a first day look like?
We confirm the plan, get hands-on (sort, pack, place, assemble if needed), and leave systems you can maintain. Bigger projects often span more than one day.
Do you only assemble furniture or only clean?
We don’t market those as stand-alone services. We assemble and clean when they’re part of an organizing or move project.

Share where you are and what you need on the call. We’ll tell you straight if the project is a fit.
